Location: Flexible/Remote
Contract Duration: 12 months with possible extension
A prominent organization is on the lookout for a skilled MS Azure Backend Infrastructure Specialist to contribute to a significant multi-year Enterprise Client Relationship Management (eCRM) program. This role is pivotal in collapsing and streamlining aging CRM applications into reusable and scalable business components, leveraging the latest in Azure technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and develop MS Azure Backend infrastructure aligned with the organization's composable solutions.
- Lead and support MS Azure upgrades and patches.
- Enhance and build upon composable components for eCRM solutions.
- Provide expertise in Azure Identity, Azure Functions, Azure static web applications, Microsoft Graph API, and MS SharePoint.
- Collaborate closely with program and project teams, including front and back end developers, business analysts, and UX designers, to deliver tailored solutions.
- Follow Agile-Iterative methodology to manage projects efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Developer/Configuration Specialist with MS Azure Cloud Backend Infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience in setting up Azure Cloud environments (Dev, QA/Test, Production) following best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaaC), Azure Identity, Azure Functions, Microsoft Graph API, and MS SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer service orientation and a team player.
Desirable Qualifications:
- MS Azure Cloud certification.
- Experience working with government organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile environments and MS Azure DevOps.
Proponent Responsibilities:
- Deliver services as outlined, adhering to the organization's methodology, tools, and processes.
- Complete all project deliverables and documentation within the contracted period.
- Flexibility to work remotely or on-site within Prince Edward Island, including occasional evenings or weekends for software upgrades or production support.
