Altis is thrilled to announce our collaboration with a private equity firm in Toronto! We're on the lookout for a Receptionist to join their team. Ideal for those passionate about customer service and eager to ensure our office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and employees with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring all visitors receive unparalleled service.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, providing information and routing messages as necessary.
- Take charge of stocking toiletries, kitchen supplies, dishwasher management, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including change rooms with showers.
- Coordinate catering for meetings, order groceries, and manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
- Ensure technology and office equipment, including printers, are running smoothly by ordering supplies, loading paper, and changing toner as needed.
- Support the organization's events and team-building activities by assisting in planning and execution.
- Run errands and manage expense reporting for office needs.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support various departments as needed.
Requirments:
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably within luxury hotel or high-end retail settings. However, ambitious new graduates with the right attitude and presentation are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office technology.
- A team player who is also capable of working independently.
