Job Description

Our client, a well-known retailer is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a hybrid position which requires you to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of enterprise experience and a technical/IT background. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing internal communication responsibilities
  • Crafting engaging communications to effectively showcase the organization, its offerings, and procedures - encompassing announcements, visual aids, written pieces, blogs, or various content formats for diverse platforms
  • Orchestrating internal content across various channels like newsletters, intranet, Workplace, etc., and overseeing publication schedules.
  • Drafting outlines for internal training and awareness materials
  • Generating concise internal pieces for the company intranet, awareness initiatives, weekly newsletters, and other relevant platforms
  • Reviewing and refining internal messages and communications
  • Contributing to communication strategies with a focus on digital and innovative methods
  • Maintaining professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Undertaking additional communication and administrative/logistical tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years with AEM (Adobe Experience manager)
  • 3+ years of enterprise level experience 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
