Job Title: Business Analysts

Duration:2 years

Location: Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and document analysis for diverse workstreams 
• Plan, facilitate, and lead workshops with internal and external participants and facilitate decision making with business, departmental management and external partners 
• Lead and complete business requirement documentation, processes, workflows and data models 
• Present complex options with a solution recommendation to leadership and partners 
• Conduct research to establish best practices and recommend technology and service solutions  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior business analyst role
• Minimum 3 years working in health sector
• Minimum 2 years working with public sector
• Prior experience in large health information system projects
• Ability to develop a comprehensive business and technical roadmap/plan for current and future state
• Rich experience in planning and supporting cross-functional IT projects in the real world
• Experience working within and across remote teams, inter- and intra-organizationally
• Excellent communication, relationship building and conflict management skills across organizations with competing priorities and workstreams
• Proven track record of successful client engagements

Level of Effort and Contract Duration: Full-time

Additional Requirements:

• Certified change manager with Prosci or CCMP designation
• ITIL Certification
• Preference given to candidates with the above qualifications with experience in the Nova Scotia context
