Job Title: Business Analysts
Duration:2 years
Location: Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and document analysis for diverse workstreams
- Plan, facilitate, and lead workshops with internal and external participants and facilitate decision making with business, departmental management and external partners
- Lead and complete business requirement documentation, processes, workflows and data models
- Present complex options with a solution recommendation to leadership and partners
- Conduct research to establish best practices and recommend technology and service solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree plus a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior business analyst role
- Minimum 3 years working in health sector
- Minimum 2 years working with public sector
- Prior experience in large health information system projects
- Ability to develop a comprehensive business and technical roadmap/plan for current and future state
- Rich experience in planning and supporting cross-functional IT projects in the real world
- Experience working within and across remote teams, inter- and intra-organizationally
- Excellent communication, relationship building and conflict management skills across organizations with competing priorities and workstreams
- Proven track record of successful client engagements

Additional Requirements:
- Certified change manager with Prosci or CCMP designation
- ITIL Certification
- Preference given to candidates with the above qualifications with experience in the Nova Scotia context
