Our nonprofit healthcare client is seeking an incorporated Project Lead to join their team. As part of the Transition Management Team, you will support the implementation of a new structure over the period of the year.
The goal of this project is specific to re-organizations and re-structuring. The focus for this project manager will be to assess the current organization structure relative to strategic priorities, to ensure that roles, responsibilities, and tasks are clearly defined, and to assess inefficiencies and identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and execute a restructuring plan. Responsibilities include defining project components and timelines, developing an implementation plan, creating a communication strategy, supporting recruitment efforts, managing risks, providing status updates, and coordinating consultations.
