Our nonprofit healthcare client is seeking an incorporated Project Lead to join their team. As part of the Transition Management Team, you will support the implementation of a new structure over the period of the year.

The goal of this project is specific to re-organizations and re-structuring. The focus for this project manager will be to assess the current organization structure relative to strategic priorities, to ensure that roles, responsibilities, and tasks are clearly defined, and to assess inefficiencies and identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and execute a restructuring plan. Responsibilities include defining project components and timelines, developing an implementation plan, creating a communication strategy, supporting recruitment efforts, managing risks, providing status updates, and coordinating consultations.

Responsibilities:

• Define project components and timelines
• Develop detailed implementation plan
• Create comprehensive communication plan
• Support staff assignment process
• Assist in recruitment initiatives
• Manage risk and issues
• Provide project status updates
• Coordinate focus groups/consultations
• Maintain project documentation
• Track project progress using appropriate tools
• Document lessons learned and provide debrief

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
• Strong change management skills
• Must have experience with a re-organization (headcount change, job descriptions, etc)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Superior stakeholder facing communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to interact with various levels of management
