Job Description

Our client in the renewable energy industry is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, Senior Executives, and management staff.
  • Manage communication on behalf of the CEO, including correspondence, meetings, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate the CEO's schedule, prioritize appointments, and act as a gatekeeper for access to the CEO's time.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including itineraries, agendas, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive team programs, meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Prioritize and address incoming issues and concerns directed to the CEO, determining appropriate actions and follow-ups.
  • Keep the CEO informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, and action items.
  • Foster smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments, building and maintaining relationships with Senior Executives and management staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and proactive handling of conflicting needs.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the CEO.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Strong proficiency in communication, organization, and time management.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
