Position: .Net Developer

Duration: May 2024 – December 2024 (1350 hours) – potential for 6-month extension
Location: Remote with occasional on-site sessions

Background:
Seeking a .Net Developer with expertise in .Net, C#, and Oracle database integration for a web development project. The project aims to modernize three Enterprise Directory Services (EDS) websites, transitioning from .Net framework to Razor Pages. Documentation, mentoring, and knowledge transfer are integral parts of this role.

Scope of Work:

• Review current .Net websites and database model
• Develop new websites (EDS Admin, EDS Reporting, EDS Self-Serve) using Visual Studio Razor Pages
• Integrate Active Directory, Oracle 19, and CyberArk Secrets Management
• Ensure security enhancements and usability improvements
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to DBA team

Tasks & Deliverables:

• Initial Design Report
• Development, Test, and Production Server Setup
• Functional Testing and Migration
• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer

Requirements:

• 10 years of IM/IT software architecture experience
• 3 years of Razor Pages and .Net development in large-scale environments
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
• 5 years of Oracle database integration experience
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards (AODA, WCAG 2.0 AA)

Education:

• Three-year university degree or college diploma in Computer Information Systems or related field
