Job Description

As a Senior CRM Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical leadership for the maintenance and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and implementing changes in existing CRM implementations, creating custom plug-ins and workflows, and extending the Dynamics Platform using Microsoft .NET. This role requires providing 3rd level support to CRM Users and educating Information Services employees about this support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM software solutions.
- Design and implement changes to existing CRM implementations.
- Develop custom plug-ins and workflows.
- Extend the Dynamics Platform using Microsoft .NET.
- Provide 3rd level support to CRM Users.
- Liaise with and educate other Information Services employees about CRM support.

Qualifications:
- College diploma or certificate in Software Development, Computer Programming, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in software development, support, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Microsoft Power Platform support and development processes.
- Experience in .NET development, systems analysis, and data administration.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software solution project implementation.
- Ability to apply policies, procedures, and regulations effectively.
- Competent in troubleshooting web application issues, including application integration and data issues.

Language Requirements:
- English or French (Essential; Bilingual is an asset).
- Functional reading, writing, and oral communication skills in chosen language(s).
