Our clients working within Non-Profit are hiring for senior Fundraising Opportunities.

These would be exciting opportunities helping creating fundraising strategies, fund development, policy development and outlining donor communications.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and internal assessment to inform the development of a phased-in multiyear self-sustaining fundraising plan.
• Set clear, measurable and achievable fundraising targets for amounts to be raised each year, aligned with the organizational goals and financial needs.
• Develop a comprehensive policy framework to guide fundraising activities, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, values and ethical standards. 
• Create a strategic donor relation and retention plan that fosters long term relationships with existing donors and attracts new supporters.
• Develop key marketing and fund development materials that effectively communicate the organizations mission, impact and fundraising initiatives.
• Design and provide templates for donor communications, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all interactions with donors.
• Provide coaching and support to leadership to facilitate the successful implementation of the fundraising plan, including training sessions and ongoing guidance. 

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated extensive knowledge in fundraising.
• Previous experience implementing a strategic fundraising plan
• Understanding the requirements of developing a strategic fundraising plan
• Donor relations Experience
