Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Associate Financial Advisor/Wealth Specialist  to join our client's team, driving the development of their agency operations. This permanent role comes with excellent benefits and promises an exciting opportunity for growth within a dynamic team environment.

Location:  Burlington, ON (Fully on-site) 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of agency operations through sales and profitable growth of life, group, and wealth management products.
  • Conduct client reviews with a focus on life and wealth management products.
  • Prospect and cross-sell all lines of business by completing thorough needs analyses for clients.
  • Conduct front-line risk assessments and selections following underwriting guidelines.
  • Complete home, commercial, and farm inspections as required.
  • Achieve individual goals for client service, sales, quality, and productivity while contributing to the overall achievement of company goals.
  • Support programs aimed at building multi-client relationships.
  • Respond to and investigate client questions and concerns, resolving client complaints, and escalating issues appropriately.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possession of a valid  Mutual Funds License is a requirement.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or related business or marketing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and strong underwriting skills is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is an asset
