Our Public Sector client is seeking a full-time, permanent HR Director, Supply Chain to join their growing team! This is a hybrid opportunity (3x/week) in Downtown Toronto.
This role leads HRs partnership with Supply Chain & Wholesale, leads a team of Business Partners, and is considered a key contributor to the following areas: workforce planning, talent management, change management, organizational design, and labour/employee relations.

- Education in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive and relevant HR experience within a Supply Chain & Wholesale environment.
- Experience working in a unionized environment is mandatory.
