Our client in the Health Care industry is currently seeking a
dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the operations and administration of their medical clinic. The Clinic Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for providing excellent healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, to maintain a cohesive and motivated team.
- Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to uphold standards of care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to optimize patient care processes and outcomes.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering medical supplies and equipment, to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Monitor clinic finances, including budgeting and billing processes, to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
- Act as a liaison between clinic staff and management, facilitating communication and addressing concerns or issues as they arise.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in clinic management and healthcare administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management or clinic management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records systems.
