Job Description

Our client in the Health Care industry is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the operations and administration of their medical clinic. The Clinic Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for providing excellent healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, to maintain a cohesive and motivated team.
  • Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to uphold standards of care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to optimize patient care processes and outcomes.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering medical supplies and equipment, to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Monitor clinic finances, including budgeting and billing processes, to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
  • Act as a liaison between clinic staff and management, facilitating communication and addressing concerns or issues as they arise.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in clinic management and healthcare administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management or clinic management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
