Job Description

Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer
Duration: March 11, 2024 – March 31, 2025
Location: Remote

Scope of Work:
As a Sr. ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in implementing IT Asset Management (ITAM), Service Mapping, and managing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support our mission of providing tailored financial services to rural businesses.

Tasks:

  • Implement ITAM, Service Mapping, and manage CMDB
  • Flexible availability for off-hours production changes
  • Adaptability to work with various technologies beyond ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with developers to address production issues in agile sprints
  • Maintain incident/problem/feature queues and ensure SLA adherence

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 6+ years of IT industry experience
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • 5+ years of production support experience
  • 3+ years of experience in agile and ITIL methodologies and related platforms

Required Skills:

  • ServiceNow Platform ITAM certification
  • ServiceNow CIS-Discovery certification
  • ServiceNow Application Developer certification
  • ServiceNow CMDB implementation experience
  • ServiceNow Service Mapping design expertise
  • Familiarity with SAAS platforms
  • Understanding of Linux/Windows systems

Nice to Have:

  • Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner
