This position will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the online presence of the company, a key asset in their digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Crafting and executing a detailed digital marketing strategy to bolster brand visibility and achieve company goals.
- Spearheading the content direction for the website, ensuring it is current, compelling, and in sync with industry dynamics.
- Analyzing and reporting the efficacy of digital marketing initiatives, leveraging metrics like site traffic to refine future approaches.
- Enhancing the WordPress site for SEO purposes through thorough keyword research, and on-page and off-page SEO enhancements to boost search rankings.
- Collaborating with our team to formulate unified content strategies and generate SEO-optimized content that meets our marketing goals.
- Employing sophisticated WordPress design capabilities to develop and refresh visually attractive, intuitive web pages.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends to curate fresh and innovative content for the website and social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a concentrated expertise in SEO, WordPress, and web design.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in SEO strategy, with a consistent history of enhancing organic search positions.
- Outstanding analytical abilities with the skill to leverage data in decision making.
- Superior written and oral communication prowess.
- Robust project management expertise, capable of juggling several projects simultaneously and adhering to strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
- Certifications in SEO and Google Ads would be considered a plus.
Educational Background:
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is necessary.
