Job Description

Our client, a trailblazing leader in the healthcare and medical innovation field, is dedicated to improving lives through groundbreaking products and services. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they are in search of a meticulous and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This is on a contract basis which offers a hybrid work model (3 days in office, located in oakville)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Gather both quantitative and qualitative insights from marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team on a daily basis.
  • Contribute to various marketing and advertising initiatives, such as activation calendars, asset creation, and data reporting.
  • Develop engaging promotional presentations and deliver monthly business updates.
  • Facilitate the distribution of marketing materials.
  • Maintain and enhance the product, pricing, and materials database. • Collaborated on the design and creation of marketing materials, including assets and creatives

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration, medical coding, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of marketing techniques 
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
