Job Description

We are working with a Federal Government client seeking a Project Administrator to join their team on an on-site contract


Roles and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of events (eg: public hearings)
  • Providing on-site event management and logistics support
  • Monitoring the progress of plans and projects
  • Assisting the project leader in finding solutions to critical issues
  • Setting-up and maintaining project management tools
  • Assisting in the development and tracking of service contracts and Memoranda of Understanding
  • Performing data entry and analysis (eg: tracking of invoices)
  • Coordinating catering arrangements and hospitality paperwork
  • Tracking documents and maintaining filing system
  • Assembling briefing books

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Security: Top Secret
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • High school diploma or higher is required
  • Minimum 24 months relevant experience relevant to the duties outlined above
  • Experience working with MS Word and Outlook.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel (eg: use of tables & formulas)
