Job Description
We are working with a Federal Government client seeking a
Project Administrator to join their team on an on-site contract
Roles and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of events (eg: public hearings)
- Providing on-site event management and logistics support
- Monitoring the progress of plans and projects
- Assisting the project leader in finding solutions to critical issues
- Setting-up and maintaining project management tools
- Assisting in the development and tracking of service contracts and Memoranda of Understanding
- Performing data entry and analysis (eg: tracking of invoices)
- Coordinating catering arrangements and hospitality paperwork
- Tracking documents and maintaining filing system
- Assembling briefing books
Qualifications and Skills:
- Security: Top Secret
- Bilingual (English and French)
- High school diploma or higher is required
- Minimum 24 months relevant experience relevant to the duties outlined above
- Experience working with MS Word and Outlook.
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel (eg: use of tables & formulas)
