Job Description

Our client in the Health Care industry is currently looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant . You will play a crucial role in supporting our team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work 2-3 days a week in our office and the remainder from the comfort of your home during normal business hours. This role is paying between $20-$30/hr 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence in both English and French.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file management.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners, facilitating communication and ensuring information flow.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office maintenance activities.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
