We are working with a non-profit client seeking a Senior Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The client is based in Ottawa, and the work will be hybrid.
Under the direction of the Director, they plan, coordinate and manage the development and/or implementation of new applications, systems software, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and ensure that the application portfolio meets the business requirements, systems goals and fulfills end-user requirements, including but not limited to acquisition/development, implementation, support, and upgrades. They lead the Solution Architecture and Design phases of the software implementation projects and provide technical leadership to project managers and software developers.
