We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Donor Relations Specialist for our nonprofit sector client. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating and stewarding relationships with donors to support their mission. Responsibilities:

1. Donor Engagement:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors through regular communication and personalized engagement strategies.
   • Develop and implement initiatives to attract new donors and diversify funding sources.
   • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling donor-centric materials.

2. Stewardship:

   • Acknowledge and recognize donors promptly and in meaningful ways.
   • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors on the impact of their contributions.
   • Organize and coordinate donor appreciation events or activities.

3. Fundraising Campaigns:

   • Work closely with the development team to plan and execute fundraising campaigns.
   • Provide support in creating persuasive fundraising materials and appeals.
   • Monitor and analyze donor data to identify trends and inform future fundraising strategies.

4. Database Management:

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the organization's database.
   • Generate regular reports on donor activity and contributions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in using donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
