Urgently seeking Bilingual Customer Service professionals! 

We are actively seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Ottawa, ON.

In these roles you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in both English and French. If you are fluent in both languages, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both English and French.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and problem resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
  • Monitor and track customer interactions, feedback, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates, policies, and best practices.
  • Handle and escalate customer complaints or concerns as needed.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks to support the customer service team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a bilingual customer service role is an asset.
