Our client, a government services provider, is seeking a Centre Supervisor to oversee service delivery at one of their North York location.

The successful candidate will report into the Regional Manager and lead a team of 55 staff, with the support of an Assistant Supervisor. This position also plays a critical role in scheduling, KPI management, customer service standards, and coaching/mentoring.

This permanent position is 100% on site. Additionally, our client is offering an annual salary of $70,000-$75,000 with paid vacation, benefits, and RRSP matching.

• Lead customer service delivery and ensure achievement of KPIs
• Schedule and manage workflow and staff assignments
• Field and respond to customer concerns
• Resolve issues and provide ongoing coaching and training as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5 years' team leadership experience
• 3-5 years' experience in a customer service focused environment
• Ability to motivate teamwork and excellence
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain calm
• Able to pass Criminal Record Chick (CPIC) and Fingerprint Check
