Job Description

Our client is seeking a dispatcher, as a Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of our services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Swiftly respond to client inquiries and arrange requested tasks.
  • Efficiently prioritize service requests based on their urgency and create schedules accordingly.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of scheduled work to on-site technicians.
  • Aid employees with questions regarding their assigned tasks, offering essential information and purchase orders.
  • Ensure clients are furnished with all essential paperwork and health and safety documentation prior to commencing work.
  • Streamline service requests to ensure materials and subcontractors are prepared ahead of work initiation.
  • Effectively oversee ongoing service calls, providing customer updates and procuring necessary materials.
  • Prepare and submit service reports and associated documents to clients and compliance programs.
  • Compile completed work orders for review in the invoicing process.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and tracking systems.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience working in dispatching 

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Industry experience in construction or HVAC or relevant.
