Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Dynamics Developer for a remote contract to implement enhancements and betterments within the existing grants management systems. As an Intermediate Dynamics CRM Developer, the ideal consultant will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive grants management system using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Dynamics Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of a user-friendly and efficient system that meets the needs of our federal government client.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and project managers to understand the requirements of the grants management system.
- Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance.
- Customize and configure Dynamics CRM to meet specific client needs, including the creation of entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.
- Develop integrations between Dynamics CRM and other systems, such as financial systems or document management systems.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience and streamline the grants management process.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
Qualifications and Skills
- Five years of experience as a Programmer Analyst/Developer
- Three years of experience in a Dynamics CRM environment
