Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Dynamics Developer for a remote contract to implement enhancements and betterments within the existing grants management systems. As an Intermediate Dynamics CRM Developer, the ideal consultant will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive grants management system using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Dynamics Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of a user-friendly and efficient system that meets the needs of our federal government client.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and project managers to understand the requirements of the grants management system.
2. Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance.
3. Customize and configure Dynamics CRM to meet specific client needs, including the creation of entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.
4. Develop integrations between Dynamics CRM and other systems, such as financial systems or document management systems.
5. Collaborate with the UI/UX team to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience and streamline the grants management process.
6. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
7. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Five years of experience as a Programmer Analyst/Developer
2.  Three years of experience in a Dynamics CRM environment
